The PV10X model is not simply the evolution of its predecessor, the PV10/5010L Plus, but a real revolution. 

Designed to reduce electricity consumption, improve environmental cleanliness and reduce the cost of hydraulics without sacrificing production efficiency, the PV10X model is the first model developed with Electro-hydrostatic Hybrid Implementation (powered by wire).

To the peculiarities of the predecessor model, the PV10X also guarantees:
1. Electricity consumption reduced by 60%;
2. Increased production efficiency;
3. Hydraulic oil quantity reduced by 90%;
4. Noise level reduced;
5. Reduced maintenance.

Equipped with outputs for automatic stacking and counting of finished products.
The opposing forming planes can be equipped with different moulds because the forming parameters are divided and can be adjusted individually for each machine side. 

The machine is powered by die-cut cardboard (blanks) and can work (up to a die-cut of maximum dimensions 290x440 mm or diameter 290 mm) with 2 dies for each forming surface.
The feeding of the carton and the removal of the finished product are carried out without interrupting the production cycle of the machine which is controlled and managed by PLC.
The machine is also equipped with a programmable pre-heating system that allows you to have the system at the correct operating temperature without waiting for the start of the work.
