The new PV85X is the most advanced machine model of the Novatec range and it’s not simply the evolution of its predecessor, the PV85, but a real revolution.

Designed to reduce electricity consumption, improve environmental cleanliness and reduce the cost of hydraulics without sacrificing production efficiency.

The PV85X model is equipped with Electro-hydrostatic Hybrid Implementation (powered by wire).
To the peculiarities of the predecessor model, the PV85X also guarantees:

1. Electricity consumption reduced by 50%;
2. Increased production efficiency;
3. Hydraulic oil quantity reduced by 90%;
4. Noise level reduced;
5. Reduced maintenance.

It has a single forming surface on which up to 4 moulds can be installed in line. The machine is able to form any type of food container up to a maximum depth of about 80 mm. Complex figures and "complicated" materials are managed thanks to the numerous peculiarities of the machine, including:

1. Variable and programmable forming speed as required;
2. Variable and programmable forming pressure as required;
3. Control system of the mobile pneumatic parts of the mould with variable pressure management according to the forming stroke;
4. Heating system of the moulds, divided between parts of the moulds, with continuous temperature control to ensure the minimum temperature variation during production;
5. System for learning the depth of the installed moulds to adjust the opening of the moulding planes according to production requirements;
6. Optical system for centring printed reels to die-cut the blank profile registered with the printed shapes;
7. Optional mould cooling system.

The machine is equipped with an automatic stacker for stacking and counting of finished products. 

The machine is equipped, moreover, with a programmable pre-heating system that allows you to have the moulds to the correct temperature of use without waiting for work to start.
